Ascenture Homes, originally CCD Homes established in 2000, is a sister company to well-known Winmark Homes. Ascenture Homes offers its homeowners the expertise and experience of a large building company while also providing the customer care, quick response and flexibility of a small business. Ascenture Homes is a full-service, close-knit, family-owned and operated builder.

Ascenture Homes is led by father-and-son founders David and Chris Jenkins and their family member Cliff Sandoz, who collectively bring over 80 years of experience in the building industry to the company.

Known for building a high quality product at a competitive price, and paying exceptionally close attention to details throughout the entire process, Ascenture Homes has rapidly made a name for itself in metro Atlanta as the “small builder who’s big on customer service.”
